Optimus's epoxy resin powder materials have obtained SGS environmental certification, free of harmful substances such as cadmium, lead, and mercury. The production process uses a fluidized production line controlled by automated PLC, reducing manual intervention and avoiding VOCs emissions from traditional coating processes. In addition, the fluidized layer can be recycled, and the conductor size is reduced under the same current load, reducing copper mining demand. Each kilometer of busway can reduce copper consumption by about 1.2 tons, equivalent to a 5.6-ton carbon emission reduction.
