近日,上海市電氣工程設計研究會領導與專家團蒞臨眾孚子公司美嘉科技(鎮江)有限公司,開展工廠實地考察、技術研討及綠色產品評定工作。董事長劉紹民向來訪嘉賓全面介紹了公司核心產品 —— 環氧樹脂流化匯流排及自主研發的流化絕緣技術,憑藉領先的環保性能與技術創新,獲專家團高度評價,彰顯了其在電力裝備綠色轉型中的顯要地位。

Recently, leaders and an expert team from the Shanghai Electrical Engineering Design Research Association visited Mega Technology (Zhenjiang) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Optimus Enterprise. During the visit, they conducted an on-site factory inspection, technical discussions, and an assessment of green products. Chairman Liu Shaomin gave the visiting guests a comprehensive introduction to the company's core product — epoxy resin fluidized busbars — and the independently developed fluidized insulation technology. Relying on its leading environmental performance and technological innovation, the company received high praise from the expert team, demonstrating its prominent position in the green transformation of power equipment.

Technological Breakthrough: Reconstructing the Boundaries of Power Transmission Efficiency and Environmental Protection

在技術交流環節,劉紹民董事長詳解了環氧樹脂流化匯流排的核心創新。該技術透過特殊流化工藝使環氧樹脂在液態下均勻包裹導體,固化後形成無縫絕緣層,從根本上解決了傳統匯流排槽的行業痛點:消除絕緣層與導體間的空氣間隙,熱阻降低 60% 以上,散熱效率顯著提升,可在更高電流密度下穩定運行;無縫結構隔絕水分、灰塵及腐蝕性氣體,經 1800 小時鹽霧測試無損壞,耐候性與可靠性實現質的飛躍。

During the technical exchange session, Chairman Liu Shaomin elaborated on the core innovations of the epoxy resin fluidized busway. This technology uses a special fluidization process to make epoxy resin evenly coat the conductor in a liquid state, and after curing, a seamless insulation layer is formed, which fundamentally solves the industry pain points of traditional busway trunking systems:Eliminates air gaps between the insulation layer and the conductor, reducing thermal resistance by more than 60%, significantly improving heat dissipation efficiency, and enabling stable operation under higher current density.The seamless structure isolates moisture, dust, and corrosive gases. It remained undamaged after 1,800 hours of salt spray testing, achieving a qualitative leap in weather resistance and reliability.

綠色生產體系是另一大亮點。產品採用 99.99% 高純度 T2 無氧銅,導電率達 101.8% IACS,相同負載下導體尺寸縮減 30%,減少銅礦資源消耗;外殼選用防渦流損耗鋁擠型材,強度優於傳統鋼板且可回收;全生命週期低碳設計通過 ISO 14067 認證,碳足跡較行業均值低 15%,生產過程實現零有害排放。

The green production system is another major highlight:

 

The product uses 99.99% high-purity T2 oxygen-free copper, with a conductivity of 101.8% IACS. Under the same load, the conductor size is reduced by 30%, reducing copper ore resource consumption.

The shell is made of anti-eddy current loss aluminum extruded profiles, which have higher strength than traditional steel plates and can be 100% recycled.The full-life-cycle low-carbon design has obtained ISO 14067 certification. Its carbon footprint is 15% lower than the industry average, and zero harmful emissions are achieved during the production process.

現場產品展示環節,環氧樹脂流化匯流排的極端環境適應能力令人矚目:IP66 級防水防塵性能實現「水中送電」,5kV 水中耐壓遠超傳統產品的 2.5-3.75kV;1300℃火焰燃燒 10 秒絕緣層無損傷,阻燃等級達 V-0;-40℃至 125℃歷經 36 次冷熱循環測試,絕緣性能保持穩定,設計壽命長達 50 年,較傳統產品減少 4 次更換週期,節約材料成本 60%。

In the on-site product demonstration session, the extreme environment adaptability of the epoxy resin fluidized busway attracted attention:IP66-level waterproof and dustproof performance enables "power transmission in water", and its 5kV underwater withstand voltage far exceeds the 2.5-3.75kV of traditional products.The insulation layer remains undamaged after 10 seconds of combustion in 1,300℃ flame, reaching a flame retardant grade of V-0.After 36 thermal cycle tests from -40℃ to 125℃, the insulation performance remains stable. Its design life is as long as 50 years, which reduces 4 replacement cycles compared with traditional products and saves 60% of material costs.

節能效益同樣顯著。以 3200A 匯流排為例,其運行溫度比傳統聚酯薄膜匯流排低 20℃,單條匯流排年節電約 1.2 萬度,減少碳排放 4080kg;50 年全生命週期內,每條 30 米匯流排可減排 80 噸,為企業實現「雙碳」目標提供堅實支撐。

The energy-saving benefits are also significant. Taking the 3200A busway as an example:Its operating temperature is 20℃ lower than that of traditional polyester film busways. A single busway saves about 12,000 kWh of electricity annually and reduces carbon emissions by 4,080 kg.Within a 50-year full life cycle, each 30-meter busway can reduce emissions by 80 tons, providing solid support for enterprises to achieve the "dual carbon" goals.

In this evaluation, the product's full-range certification qualifications became an important bonus:It has obtained international certifications such as RoHS environmental certification, ISO 14001 environmental management system certification, China's 3C compulsory certification, and CQC voluntary certification.It has also obtained international authoritative certifications including KEMA-KEUR (EU) and UL (US and Canada), covering the full-specification product line of 800A-6300A, marking that its quality and performance have reached the world's top standards.

 

目前,該產品已在英諾賽科、新昇半導體等國內標桿專案,以及菲律賓 STUDIO 7、泰國群電、印尼可口可樂等國際工程中成功應用,憑藉高可靠性與低碳優勢,成為半導體、新能源、高端製造等領域綠色升級的方案。

At present, the product has been successfully applied in domestic benchmark projects such as Innoscience and NS Semiconductor, as well as international projects including the Philippines' STUDIO 7, Thailand's Chunghwa Picture Tubes, and Indonesia's Coca-Cola. With its high reliability and low-carbon advantages, it has become the preferred solution for green upgrading in fields such as semiconductors, new energy, and high-end manufacturing.
