眾孚企業聚焦生產核心環節,透過工藝優化從源頭阻斷污染路徑。在環氧樹脂流化絕緣技術的生產應用中,流化前處理全程採用物理作業方式,捨棄傳統化學處理所帶來的污染物排放風險,從工序源頭避免化學廢液、廢氣的產生。同時,生產環節配備全自動化 PLC 控制系統,實現生產過程的精準調控,不僅提升產品表面處理的光滑度與均勻性,更減少生產過程中的物料浪費與能源損耗,讓環保與高效生產並行。

Optimus Technology focuses on the core links of production and blocks pollution paths from the source through process optimization. In the production and application of epoxy resin fluidized insulation technology, the entire pre-fluidization treatment adopts physical operation methods, abandoning the risk of pollutant emissions caused by traditional chemical treatment, and thus avoiding the generation of chemical waste liquid and waste gas from the source of the process. 工廠引進先進的環保設備與工藝,針對生產過程中可能產生的廢氣、廢渣等污染物,建立全流程處理機制:透過專用環保設備對生產廢氣進行過濾淨化,確保排放符合國家環保標準;對生產廢渣進行分類回收與資源化利用,杜絕隨意丟棄造成的環境影響。此外,生產環節採用封閉化作業模式,有效防止粉塵擴散,實現車間內外環境的清潔無污染。

The factory has introduced advanced environmental protection equipment and processes, and established a full-process treatment mechanism for pollutants such as waste gas and waste residue that may be generated in the production process:Special environmental protection equipment is used to filter and purify production waste gas to ensure that emissions meet national environmental protection standards;Production waste residue is classified, recycled and utilized as resources to eliminate environmental impacts caused by random disposal.In addition, the production links adopt a closed operation mode, which effectively prevents dust diffusion and achieves a clean and pollution-free environment both inside and outside the workshop.
