品質的第一道防線，始於源頭的嚴選The First Line of Defense Starts with Strict Source Selection

好的產品，根基在源頭。對於輸配電設備而言，原物料的品質，直接決定了產品 終的性能上限與安全底線。A great product is built on a solid foundation. For power transmission and distribution equipment, the quality of raw materials directly determines the upper limit of performance and the bottom line of safety.

我們始終堅持，不合格的原物料，絕不允許進入生產環節。為此，我們建立了全鏈條的原物料准入與追溯體系：We strictly enforce the rule: unqualified raw materials shall never enter production. To achieve this, we have established a full-chain raw material access and traceability system:

• ·  針對核心的銅導體材料，每一批次進場前，均需完成純度、電阻率、力學性能等全項指標檢測，只有完全符合國家標準、滿足我們內控指標的材料，才能入庫使用；For core copper conductors, each batch undergoes complete testing of purity, resistivity, mechanical properties and other indicators before entering the factory. Only materials that fully meet national standards and our internal control specifications are accepted into storage.
• ·  針對絕緣材料、防護外殼、電氣零元件等核心輔材，我們建立了嚴格的供應商准入與年審機制，優先選擇產業內口碑過硬、資質齊全的合作夥伴，每一批輔材均需附帶完整的檢測報告與合格證明；For insulating materials, protective enclosures, electrical components and other key auxiliary materials, we have implemented a strict supplier qualification and annual review system. We prioritize partners with strong reputations and complete certifications, and every batch of auxiliary materials must include full inspection reports and certificates of conformity.
• ·  全批次原物料建立可追溯帳冊，從採購、入庫、領用、生產到成品出廠，每一個環節均可溯源，從源頭杜絕品質隱憂。A complete traceable record is established for all raw materials, covering procurement, storage, usage, production and delivery. Every step can be traced, eliminating potential quality risks at the source.

如果說原物料是品質的根基，那麼精緻化的生產製造，就是把好品質落到實處的核心。If raw materials are the foundation of quality, then refined manufacturing is the core of turning high standards into reality.

電氣設備的性能與安全，往往藏在 細微的細節裡：一段匯流排的連接端平整度，一台配電盤的接線端子緊固度，一處焊道的均勻度，都可能影響整個配電系統的長期穩定運作。The performance and safety of electrical equipment often lie in the smallest details: the flatness of a busway connection, the tightness of wiring terminals in a distribution cabinet, the uniformity of a weld — all can affect the longterm stability of the entire power distribution system.

為此，我們把「標準化、精緻化」貫穿到生產的每一道工序：Therefore, we integrate standardization and refinement into every production process:

• ·  全生產流程制定了清晰的標準化作業指導書，從數控折彎、機器人焊接，到匯流排絕緣包覆、配電盤二次接線，每一個工序都有明確的操作規範與品質標準，杜絕隨意化作業；Clear standard operating procedures cover the entire production flow, from CNC bending and robotic welding to busway insulation treatment and secondary wiring of distribution cabinets. Each process has strict specifications and quality standards to avoid arbitrary operation.
• ·  建立了「自檢、互檢、專檢」的三檢品控體系，每一道工序完成後，操作人員先自檢，同組人員互檢，再由專職檢驗員專項檢驗，上一道工序不合格，絕不流入下一道環節；We have established a threelevel inspection system: selfinspection by operators, mutual inspection among team members, and special inspection by dedicated quality controllers. Unqualified work shall never proceed to the next stage.
• 針對匯流排連接端處理、配電盤核心零元件安裝、線路排布等關鍵工序，設置專屬品控點，實行 100% 全檢，不放過任何一處微小的瑕疵。For key processes such as busway connection treatment, core component installation and circuit layout, dedicated quality control points are set up with 100% full inspection, leaving no tiny defect unattended.

匠心從來不是一句空話，而是日復一日，在每一個工序、每一處細節裡的反覆打磨與堅守。Craftsmanship is never an empty phrase. It is persistent refinement in every process and every detail, day after day.

每一台出廠的產品，都帶著經得起檢驗的底氣Every Product Delivered Is Built to Stand the Test

產品出廠前的全項檢驗，是交付給用戶前的 後一道，也是 關鍵的一道品質防線。Comprehensive inspection before delivery is the final and most critical line of defense for quality.

我們深知，送到用戶手中的每一台產品，都帶著我們的品牌口碑，更扛著用戶的安全信任。為此，我們搭建了專業的產品性能檢測實驗室，可完成溫升試驗、短路耐受試驗、防護等級試驗、絕緣電阻測試、介電性能測試等全項性能檢測，覆蓋產品全維度的性能指標。We understand that every product reaching our customers carries our brand reputation and bears their trust in safety. For this reason, we have built a professional product performance testing laboratory capable of conducting fullrange tests: temperature rise test, shorttime withstand current test, protection grade test, insulation resistance test, dielectric performance test, and more.

我們制定了高於產業通用要求的內控檢測標準，每一批次成品出廠前，都必須通過全項內控檢測，出具完整的檢測報告，只有所有指標全部達標，才能貼上合格標籤，送達用戶手中。We have set internal inspection standards higher than general industry requirements. Before delivery, every finished product must pass complete internal testing with a full inspection report. Only products that meet all indicators are labeled qualified and delivered to customers.
