We have reached the midpoint of the year. Rather than focusing on scale and growth rate, we prefer to look back at our fundamental cornerstone: quality.
In the electrical power distribution equipment industry, quality is never merely a marketing slogan. It constitutes the bottom line directly linked to power utilization safety, stable project operation and customer trust. In the first half of the year, Optimus Technology shifted its focus away from hype and aggressive expansion. Instead, we devoted ourselves to consolidating our full-process quality control system covering raw material procurement, production, testing and after-sales service, putting our core philosophy — Safety and service as our guarantee, technology and quality as our persistence — into practice in every single product.
All content in this review is based on the company’s actual production and quality control procedures. Presented objectively without exaggeration or fabrication, it truthfully demonstrates our commitment to and implementation of quality management.
一、進料管控：嚴守第一道關卡，每批物料完整可追溯Incoming Material Control: Guard the First Threshold, Full Traceability for All Batches
原物料是品質的源頭。我們始終堅守一項原則：不合格物料，絕不允許進入生產製程。上半年，我們持續嚴格執行原物料進廠檢驗規範：Raw materials are the source of product quality. We always adhere to one principle: unqualified materials are strictly prohibited from entering production.
In the first half of the year, we rigorously enforced the incoming raw material inspection system:
導體材料Conductor Materials：所有銅導體一律採用高純度無氧銅，每一批次進廠皆檢驗電阻率、成分純度、表面平整度，確認符合設計規範才可入庫，從源頭降低導體發熱與電能損耗風險；All copper conductors adopt high-purity oxygen-free copper. Resistivity, composition purity and surface flatness of every batch are inspected before warehousing. Only batches meeting design specifications are accepted, reducing risks of conductor overheating and energy loss from the source.
絕緣材料Insulation Materials：環氧樹脂流動化絕緣專用原料，每批次檢核阻燃等級、耐溫性能與環保法規符合性，確保達到 UL94 V-0、歐盟 RoHS 等國際規範；For raw materials used in epoxy resin fluidized insulation, each batch is verified for flame retardant grade, temperature resistance and environmental compliance to satisfy standards including UL94 V-0 and EU RoHS directives.
電子元件與輔材Components & Auxiliary Materials：配電盤核心開關元件、固定件、密封墊片等，皆依照指定品牌與規格核驗，具備完整批次證明、參數相符才可投入生產。所有進廠物料皆建立完整檢驗紀錄，供應商資訊、批號、檢測報告逐筆對應，全程可追溯。任何未達標準之批次，一律拒收，絕不為了趕工、壓低成本而放寬檢驗標準。Core cabinet components, fasteners, sealing parts and other accessories are inspected against designated brands and specifications. Production only commences when complete batch certificates and matching parameters are confirmed.
二、製程管控：每道工序皆有標準，不將缺失流入下一站Production Process Control: Standardized Procedures to Prevent Defect Forwarding
生產流程的穩定性，直接決定成品的一致性。上半年，我們強化工序層級品質把關，推行自主檢驗、互相檢驗、專業檢驗三級查驗機制，於關鍵製程設置專屬品檢點。Consistent production processes directly determine finished product uniformity. During the first half-year, we strengthened process-level quality control and implemented a three-tier inspection mechanism consisting of self-inspection, mutual inspection and dedicated professional inspection, with exclusive quality control points set for critical working procedures.
核心製程嚴格控管參數Strict Parameter Control for Core Processes 環氧樹脂流動化絕緣、匯流排加工、盤體折彎組裝、二次迴路配線等關鍵工序，皆訂定標準作業指導書，明訂製程參數、操作步驟與合格判定基準。尤以流動化絕緣製程為重，精準控管包覆溫度、厚度與均勻度，確保絕緣層緻密無氣隙、完整貼合導體，透過製程設計同步兼顧絕緣能力與散熱效能。Standard operating procedures (SOPs) are formulated for key processes including epoxy resin fluidized insulation, busway machining, cabinet bending & assembly, and secondary circuit wiring, specifying clear process parameters, operation steps and acceptance criteria. For fluidized insulation in particular, coating temperature, thickness and uniformity are tightly regulated to form dense, void-free insulation layers tightly bonded to conductors, guaranteeing superior insulation and heat dissipation performance via process design.
內控標準高於國家規範Internal Standards Surpass National Codes 在 GB 7251、GB 50171 等國家標準基礎之上，我們針對盤體組裝精密度、匯流排接合品質、配線規範等，制訂更嚴格的內部規範。舉凡盤體垂直度、整排盤面高低落差、匯流排搭接面處理等，檢驗標準皆優於國規，為現場安裝與長期運作保留充足安全緩衝空間。Based on national standards GB 7251 and GB 50171, we set stricter internal requirements for cabinet assembly precision, busway connection quality and wiring specifications. Stringent benchmarks exceeding national codes are applied to cabinet verticality, alignment deviation of cabinet rows and busway lap surface treatment, reserving ample safety margins for on-site installation and long-term operation.
工序未合格禁止轉移Non-Conforming Processes Prohibited from Downstream Flow 前一道工序未通過檢驗，不得移交至下一個製程。檢驗發現缺失當場登記、即時整改、複查確認，避免微小隱患累積成重大故障，維持批量生產整體穩定性。No unfinished or uninspected workpieces are allowed to proceed to subsequent procedures. Detected defects are recorded on-site, rectified promptly and rechecked for validation to prevent minor hidden faults from escalating into major failures and ensure overall stability of mass production.
三、出廠把關：全項目檢測合格才可出貨，每台設備皆附完整檔案Closed-Loop Factory Inspection: Full Test Pass Required for Release, Complete Records Attached to Every Unit
出廠檢驗是產品交付客戶前最後一道防線。上半年，我們堅持成品全項目檢驗，不因訂單量大而簡化檢測流程。Factory acceptance inspection serves as the final defense before product delivery. Throughout the first half-year, we maintained full-item testing for finished goods without streamlining procedures even amid peak order volumes.
每一組匯流排、每一面配電盤出廠前，皆完成下列核心測試：Before delivery, every busway section and power distribution cabinet undergoes all core tests below：
絕緣電阻測試、工頻耐壓試驗，驗證絕緣性能穩定；Insulation resistance test and power frequency withstand voltage test to verify reliable insulation performance;
迴路導通測試、保護功能模擬測試，確認電氣邏輯無誤；Circuit continuity verification and protective function testing to confirm correct electrical logic;
機構操作、門鎖、抽屜插拔等結構功能測試；Structural performance tests including mechanical operation, door locks and drawer plugging;
外觀、銘牌標示、隨機配件完整性檢查。Inspection of appearance, marking labels and complete accessories.
針對大電流規格與特殊客製批次，額外加做溫升、迴路電阻抽樣測試，確保載流能力與發熱表現符合設計需求。For high-current specifications and custom batches, additional sampling tests for temperature rise and loop resistance are conducted to ensure current-carrying and heat dissipation performance align with design requirements.
所有檢測數據完整存檔留存，每台設備皆隨貨附上合格證、檢測紀錄與產品證明文件。全系列產品皆通過中國強制 3C 認證，外銷機型備有 UL、CE 等對應國際認證，品質與法規符合性均可追溯、查驗。All test data is archived permanently. Each product is delivered with corresponding certificates, test records and compliance documents. The full product line has obtained China Compulsory Certification (3C), while export models hold international certifications such as UL and CE, enabling full traceability and verification of compliance and quality.
四、品質延伸：交貨不是終點，長期穩定運作才是最終標準Extended Quality Management: Delivery Is Not the End; Stable Operation Is the True Benchmark
我們始終認為，品質的驗證不僅止於出廠當下，更必須經得起現場工況與長時間使用的考驗。上半年，我們將品控範圍延伸至專案現場：We firmly believe quality extends beyond factory release and must withstand long-term on-site operating conditions and the test of time.

貨物出貨前主動提供安裝技術說明，詳細解說接點鎖固、配線鋪設、接地規範等影響運作品質的重點環節，避免安裝疏失衍生故障隱憂；
客戶回饋的所有問題與建議，統一建立追蹤檔案、專人負責處理、確保完整閉環，並將常見缺失回饋至生產單位進行製程改良，建構「現場回饋→製程優化 →品質升級」的正向循環；A dedicated filing system tracks all customer feedback and suggestions with assigned personnel for closed-loop resolution. Typical issues are fed back to the production department for process optimization, forming a positive cycle of on-site feedback – process improvement – quality upgrade.
全年暢通後緊急支援管道，針對設備運作異常快速回應，協助客戶排查、處理故障，維持配電系統持續穩定供電。The after-sales emergency support channel operates year-round with rapid response to operational abnormalities, assisting customers in troubleshooting to sustain stable operation of power distribution systems.
五、寫在最後：品質是長期抗戰，我們持續穩紮穩打Closing Remarks: Quality Is a Long-Term Battle; We Advance Steadily
上半年，我們沒有空喊「零缺點」「頂級品質」這類標語，也不追求爆發式營收成長，只是踏踏實實鞏固進料、製程、出廠、服務每一環的基礎作業。In the first half-year, we avoided overblown slogans such as “zero defects” or “premium top-tier quality” and did not pursue leapfrog growth. Instead, we steadily consolidated foundations across all links: incoming material inspection, production processes, factory testing and after-sales service.
電氣設備產業，穩健即是快速。優良的品質無法靠短期一次改善達成，而是日復一日落實標準、檢討缺失、持續改良累積而來。我們清楚自身優勢，也坦然面對待改善之處；接下來半年，我們會持續守住品控底線，精進製程細節、提升服務品質，將穩定可靠的設備交付給每一位合作客戶。In the electrical equipment industry, steady progress equates to reliable growth, and reliability leads to sustainable development.
