標準化生產廠區內，客戶實地走訪導體精密加工、一體式絕緣披覆、成品總裝等核心製程，近距離觀察「自檢、互檢、專檢」三級品控機制的現場執行狀況。生產團隊同步解說各道製程的工藝規範，以及高於國家標準的內部管控要求，完整呈現從原物料入廠到成品出貨的全流程品質管理體系。Inside the standardized production workshop, the team visited core processes including precision conductor machining, integrated insulation encapsulation and final assembly. They observed the on-site execution of the three-level quality inspection mechanism: self-inspection, mutual inspection and professional inspection. Production specialists explained process standards and internal control criteria stricter than national specifications, illustrating the complete quality control workflow from raw material intake to finished product output.
廠區現場測試工位上，品檢人員當場執行匯流排產品絕緣電阻、工頻耐壓等關鍵性能測試，客戶全程觀摩標準化試驗流程與即時檢測數據，親眼驗證環氧樹脂絕緣產品的性能穩定性與參數一致性。客戶表示，產線現場檢測全程透明、數據可追溯，讓後續專案的產品品質更具保障。At the factory testing stations, quality inspectors carried out key performance tests on busway products such as insulation resistance and power frequency withstand voltage. The clients witnessed standardized test procedures and real-time measured data, directly verifying stable performance and consistent parameters of epoxy insulated products. The clients commented that transparent and traceable on-site production testing instils greater confidence in product quality for future projects.
隨後，客戶一行參觀了公司Intertek認證實驗室，詳細了解了產品全項型式試驗、第三方認證檢測的執行標準與完整流程。實驗室完備的檢測設備、規範的試驗管理、齊全的權威認證報告給客戶留下了深刻印象，也進一步印證了眾孚產品合規可靠的硬實力。The delegation then visited the Intertek-certified laboratory, learning about execution standards and full procedures for comprehensive type tests and third-party certification testing.
